VIVAN!
Today is the International Women´s Day (IWD), and although we can celebrate because until recently we were very bad and now have achieved a lot ...
I´ll celebrate with endless enthusiasm the day familiar conciliation becomes a tangible fact and having a family is not a reason to be on disadvantage in the workplace.
I hope for the day we could have a year maternity break instead of 16 weeks (both mom or dad). Not to be despised if you have to stay at home nursing your child or taking him to the doctor because he´s ill. When you can take some free days because he´s got a minivacation on school, when you can adapt your timetable(always if there´s the possibility) without seeming this a bad thing... al those things that now sound utopic but should be real in this so modern 21st century for some things and so delayed for others.
Long live to all those women who every day do a handstand to conciliate with little help, and not die trying!
