Llamé a mi aliada playera a.k.a.
Last Saturday I started the beach season. A splendid day arose, normal for this date on the Costa del Sol, but of course, as this spring is being anything but normal (grrr)I thought it was the best day of the world, and given that my last summer was a real waste in which I hardly got tanned(which I love, getting myself a good tan, of course, not wasting the summer) I almost started crying of emotion. So I called my beach ally a.k.a Lidi, a.k.a the most lively chick at place, and we went to eat lying on the sand, so richly. When I left home I told myself, Meri, take the parasol,it´s very very hot and you´re extremely pale. So I grabbed a parasol and sunscreen, I found only "the twomillions" factor, which is for tattoos. But look, if I'll be for a while,I´ll be laying under the parasol the and the sun does not burn ... the sunscream for what, for the tattoos alone, the rest won´t get burnt... The rest is not going to burn? But are we stupid or what? María you are pale! The beach cheated on me,it seemed i was intact while I was sunbathing and protected by the parasol afterwards but when I came back home and had a shower...
I WAS A KARRAMARRO*!! Oh my god! It makes me crazy the skin burns! that's awful! I knew it! it hurts! Aaargh! So now I'm burned by some areas and over such areas there are tattoos, which several times I put sunscreen on them, so my body is burnt and patched, so that we can say that I look "beautiful". Who would say I´m from Málaga, I feel like a rookie... Moral: ALWAYS protect yourself, the sun burns a lot even for a while and though you're under the parasol, the rays always find you! * KARRAMARRO is a Basque word for "cangrejo" in Spanish, when someone in Spain tells you " pareces un cangrejo" translated as "you look like a crab" it´s because you got burnt while sunbathing, I use it because it sounds very funny to me.
